Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Photofy AI ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is provided by HRY GRUP BİLİŞİM İNŞAAT SANAYİ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("HRY APPS").

2. License

HRY APPS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Premium features require a paid subscription (Monthly or Yearly).
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Payments are charged through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Refunds are handled per Apple's and Google's respective refund policies.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store settings.

4. Permitted & Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use the App to:

• Create or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Process or generate non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without explicit permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code within the App are the property of HRY APPS. The AI-generated images produced from your input photos belong to you, subject to these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. HRY APPS does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that AI outputs will meet every expectation. AI-generated results may not always be accurate or perfect.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HRY APPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in Turkish courts.
