2. Information We Collect

Photos and Images

When you use our AI features, you choose to upload photos from your device. The following data is extracted from your photos and used solely for AI processing: • Facial images (face regions detected in uploaded photos) • Facial landmarks (geometric points such as eye, nose, and mouth positions) • Visual facial features (skin texture, tone, lighting, and detail information) This data is transmitted directly and securely to our AI image processing servers. It is not stored on any external cloud server, is not retained after processing, and is permanently deleted once the transformed image is generated.

Usage Data

We collect anonymized usage statistics (feature usage frequency, crash reports) to improve the App. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

Purchase Data

Subscription and purchase data is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. We only receive confirmation of purchase status — we never see your payment details.

To process and fulfill your subscription
To diagnose technical issues and improve app performance
To respond to your support requests

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Google Gemini AI — AI image processing (images are sent to Google's API)
Firebase — App analytics and backend (Google)
Apple App Store / Google Play — Payment processing

Each third party's use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

We do not store any photo data on our servers. Images processed by the AI image processing API are generated and displayed only to you — they are never saved to our systems. Optionally, you may choose to save the generated image directly to your own device, where it is stored in your local storage only. Anonymized analytics data may be retained for up to 12 months. Subscription status is stored locally on your device.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Your Rights
