Photos and Images

When you use our AI features, you choose to upload photos from your device. These images are transmitted securely to our AI processing servers solely to perform the requested transformation and are deleted immediately after processing — we do not store your photos permanently.

Usage Data

We collect anonymized usage statistics (feature usage frequency, crash reports) to improve the App. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

Purchase Data

Subscription and purchase data is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. We only receive confirmation of purchase status — we never see your payment details.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the AI photo enhancement services
To process and fulfill your subscription
To diagnose technical issues and improve app performance
To respond to your support requests

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Google Gemini AI — AI image processing (images are sent to Google's API)
Firebase — App analytics and backend (Google)
Apple App Store / Google Play — Payment processing

Each third party's use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

Uploaded photos are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers after the AI transformation is complete. Anonymized analytics data may be retained for up to 12 months. Subscription status is stored locally on your device.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Your Rights
